I almost always have acid reflux when i wake up if i eat right before bed the night before which i do almost every night because i am a fat ass i also get it if i'm eating a lot of carby foods i've heard some people say it feels like your chest is burning (hence "heartburn") but for me i feel the burning in the back of my throat.
