I have been diagnosed with acid reflux - the only symptom i get is a very sore throat as the acid has affected my vocal chord i am on omeprazole and take gaviscon regularly but still struggling i have tried looking at web pages for ideas of foods i should avoid but already drink minimal alchohol, try to eat before 6pm and eat healthy food.
